2004, St. James Yacht Club –
Project encompassed the complete demolition of pre-existing building and construction of a new 2000 square foot 2-story building built over water and on a steel frame that Beaver Gems installed previously, 20 years ago.
Beaver Gems provided site work and excavation, rough and finish carpentry and construction equipment to the project. The project was completed on time and on budget.
